Setup is easy, but they want you to share out your device from your computer for additional updates. The first time we used it was to a city at the top of a mountain. It routed us from the main highway thru a street up the side of the mountain. I guess it was supposed to be the most direct route, but it wasn't even a paved road. The road didn't even show up on the Google maps. Battery life seems to be short and te car charger didn't work very well in the car outlet.
